    ………………….
    IMPORTANT:
I mainly sell antiques and vintage collectibles, so please do not expect "new" merchandise unless it is stated as such in the description.  The items have been cherished and loved by someone else, so I typically do not know with certainty what type of environment they have been in (ex: dogs, cats, smoke, dust etc.).  I do my utmost to describe every item as accurately as I can, and I try to be as descriptive as possible and always show good photographs.  I do not claim to be an expert or appraiser in any field or for any item in my auction, and determine quality and condition based on my research and best judgment.  I may miss some details for which a collector would know to look for – this should not be considered misrepresentation.  Since quality or condition is subjective, all items are sold AS IS.  There are no warranties or guarantees other than those specifically stated.  Most of the items listed are from old estates, could have been in storage for years, and may not have been deep cleaned before resale.  If you are offended by or allergic to smoke, mold, dust, or any other allergen that may be clinging to an item, please be advised that this is not cause for misrepresentation or a refund.
WHEN IN DOUBT, E-MAIL BEFORE BIDDING!
    A WORD ABOUT GLASS:
Most of the glass I sell is
    vintage
    , and as such,
    shows appropriate characteristics of age
    , which may include
    allowable base wear
    ,
    bubbles
    ,
    pattern irregularities
    ,
    straw marks (inclusions/cooling marks)
    , or
    mold marks
    . Vintage glass is
    rarely perfect
    and these characteristics are
    normal
. Old glass may also have
    ash, sand, or dirt specks
embedded in the glass. All of these features are expected to occur in vintage glass. I will do my best to describe any chips, cracks or other damage that would impact the value of the item.
If you are not satisfied with your item(s), you must e-mail me your concerns within 7 days of delivery. A refund (less postage and insurance) will be provided only if I have grossly misrepresented the item’s description. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges, and your item(s) must be received within 14 days. Your item(s) must be received in the same condition as they were received. You must also include all packaging materials.
Refunds for broken/damaged item(s) are provided through postal insurance claims, not the Seller. USPS claims for insured item(s) broken or damaged in transit must be filed by the BUYER through a local post office, per USPS regulations, and after the postmaster’s physical inspection of the complete package – any Seller refund in this unfortunate situation will be limited to any difference between the amount of the winning bid and the amount of the USPS insurance claim.
    Shipping:
Other than new and unused bubble wrap that I place around all fragile items, I try to use recycled items for packing and shipping. These items may include boxes, brown paper bags, newspaper, shredded magazines & paper, styrofoam, peanuts, and additional bubble wrap.
As the Seller, I retain all rights to cancel/withdraw any auction/bids at my discretion, as most items are also available at other selling venues.
