Vintage 1977 MEGO ~ FARRAH FAWCETT  12" Doll + FIVE Bob Mackie Fashions with Box

An original vintage doll made by MEGO.:  1977 Farrah Fawcett 12" Fashion Doll w/ 5 Outfits!!
Doll is in excellent (near mint)  "vintage" condition.  Farrah's hair is full and beautiful and longer then most.  Farrah's lashes are also intact. Limbs appear free of melting and mechanic's work.  This Farrah doll is FREE  from any grey spots around her ankles (or any parts of her body) that is very common of the MEGO dolls during this period.  Although the box has been opened - the box is also in excellent condition other then a sticker blemish on the front, plastic window not present, corner crease and old tape present. Please review pictures carefully.
Farrah is wearing  Bob Mackie's vintage fashion outfit called "CLEOPATRA".    Also included within this lot are four  other Bob Mackie fashions.  The include:  DRAGON LADY, LAVERNE, STEPPING OUT and FOXY LADY.  All fashions (with the exception of Stepping out) are in Excellent

This lot includes the Farrah Doll, 5 designer outfits by Bob Mackie, white display stand and vintage box.
SHOES are not included.   This lot per the vintage box, doll and fashion outfits is worth well over 0.  The doll alone with the box and Cleopatra outfit  is over our asking price.....

PRODUCT DISCLAIMER:  We are collectors of vintage items which we post within the "collectibles" section on EBay.  Typically we sell only to other collector's.  This Farrah doll by MEGO was manufactured in 1977 which would make the doll 42 years old.  This MEGO brand was/is notorious for the plastic melting, grey spot discoloration as well as the limb pivots of hand and shoulders busting off.  And thus why this MEGO doll was discontinued approximately 3 years after its manufactured release and the MEGO 1980's  Farrah (in her red jumpsuit) 11 1/2

doll took its place without the abnormalities present with this first prototype.
This MEGO doll we are selling (at this age) is not meant to be played with as it is a COLLECTOR's item!!
PLEASE NOTE:
If you are not a collector and an ebayer buyer whom is not looking at the doll per its age of  40+ years but are expecting perfection - this old "vintage" doll/lot is not for you.

The color of the body plastic so that it is free of dirt and/or grime, stains,  free of any chips or cuts, markings and/or any other blemishes that may be present and n
ot on what just is listed above per the manufactures abnormalities as practically every MEGO doll made during this time period will have some manufactured abnormality.
Farrah's hair to make sure roots are attached and she is not missing any pieces of h
er hair.
Farrah's eyelashes are intact
Farrahs painted face make up has not discolored
Toes, hands, arms, head are present and not dismembered
However, it is also important to remember that the dolls we sell (including this doll) may have had multiple owners and not just one.
As a collector we do not always know the history of the dolls we collect other then if  we were to purchase at an estate and/or garage sale. Please review pictures carefully and contact us with questions.
