    Description

    Item for sale is a vintage original 1977 Jefferson Airplane medal commemorating a decade of the band from 1966 - 1976. Front of medal has a 3D raised heart with wings and the words Jefferson Airplane 1966-1976. Reverse of medal has Limited Edition 1977 on it with raised letters.  Box is not original but will come with medal for storage.
    Note: There are two versions of this medal in circulation, this is the RARE and much nicer one that has a curved 3D heart and detailed wings, while a more common cheaply made variant has a flat heart and engraved lettering on reverse.
