We take pride in how we pack our merchandise before we send it to you.
If the product is in an envelope, we will always use a padded envelope and if needed, we will add bubble wrap inside as well.
If the product needs to be in a box, we make sure there is enough room so the product doesn't get bent or torn, but not too much room where it would bounce around during shipment.
We also always use bubble wrap and air packs as well
Finally, we use Scotch brand box tape to ensure it stays sealed.
Unfortunately we can't guarantee what happens to it after we drop it off to USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Any damage to box or envelope will never be from us.
If item is damaged then please messege us, and we will find a way to get a solution for you, guaranteed.
