If I ship to anywhere in Florida, I need to collect 6.5% sales tax - I report it quarterly to IRS in Tallahassee. Recently someone was upset about the tax issue, but I have a tax certificate and am honest to report whatever I sell and ship in the State of Florida.

U.S. winner to pay either .95 first class shipping and handling - OR - .80 Priority shipping and handling. When shipping first class delicate items, kits, canvases, etc - or Media Mail, I ship in quality bubblewrap mailers so this price reflects the cost of the envelope. It's too risky to mail out in a flimsy cheap envelope.
