Buyer pays shipping, handling and insurance.  Items will be shipped within 10 business days of
receipt of payment, regardless of what is offered by ebay.  (Usually sooner!)  I will combine shipping whenever it is possible.  The small handling charge, included in the shipping fee, helps with the delivery confirmtion fee, bubble wrap, buble envelopes and sometimes, gas to the post office.  INTERNATIONAL shipping is usually NOT offered, NOT available:  Buyer understand that they are responsible for customs fees and for items lost during shipment - en route.  Buyer will pay additional cost for insurance of item.
