About this product:
CrystalClear Biological Clarifier, also known as BioClarifier naturally clears water, removes odors and breaks down suspended dead debris and decaying leaves with billions of bacteria colonies and added enzymes. The natural bacteria enzymes seeds biological filters to maintain a healthy pond ecosystem. The result is a cleaner pond, healthier fish, improved dissolved oxygen levels and reduced ammonia levels. CrystalClear Biological Clarifier comes in easy to use water-soluble packets and can be used in ponds, fountains, bubblers and disappearing waterfall features. Use when water temperatures are above 50°F. 12 packets treats up to 1,000 gallon pond for up to 4 months. Product may come as Biological Clarifier (green label) or BioClarifier (blue label), however it is the same product.

RETURNS
Products may be returned within 30 days of purchase. All returned items must be clean, in original packaging with instructions and all components. Electrical units must be unaltered and in working condition. Please follow the steps below:
1. Request a return merchandise authorization (RMA) -
Failure to request your RMA number may result in delay or dismissal of your return.
2. Package your return items - Pack your return items in a box with packaging material that will sufficiently protect the item and its original packaging. If you do not have these materials available, you can take your package to a UPS or FedEx Kinkos store and have them pack it for you.
3. Indicate your RMA number on the outside of your package - Write the RMA number on the outside of your return box so that it can be routed properly at our warehouse.
4. Ship your return - You can ship your package back via UPS, FedEx or USPS. Be sure to request a tracking number to ensure package delivery.
5. Return Processing - Please allow 3-5 business days for processing. You will receive refund after your return has been inspected and verified.
WARRANTY COVERAGE
Unless stated otherwise all

are covered from manufacturer defect for a period of 1 year from date of purchase. You will be responsible for return shipping charges. We will be responsible for the shipping cost to have the replacement or repaired item returned to you. Customers located outside of the Continental United States will be responsible for all shipping charges. Please contact us for any warranty claims or questions.
